Enforcement Merger Complete 2020
In 2019, in order to develop a better and more efficient service for all our clients and claimants across England and Wales, a merger took place. This was between Derby Legal Services Ltd, Frank G Whitworth Ltd, and Enforcement Bailiffs Ltd trading as Quality Bailiffs.
The merger took some time and in 2020 during lockdown this was finally achieved.
Enforcement Bailiffs Ltd and its companies and brands were selected to be featured on the BBC’s “The Sheriffs are Coming” 2020 series.

Frank G Whitworth was established in 1948, as an independent, family-run business providing clients with the efficient, professional and, above all, personal High Court Enforcement service, with three generations of the Whitworth family being involved in the company.

Quality Bailiffs (Enforcement Bailiffs Ltd) is a well-known and trusted brand, providing Standard and Specialist bespoke enforcement solutions to Local authorities, Solicitors and the Commercial property sector.
Our Team
Between our board of directors, we currently have over a hundred years of experience within the enforcement industry.
Our board ensures our excellent customer service levels derived from 1948 remain consistent. This allows us to deliver daily a focused service to carry out our clients’ instructions.
Over time the enforcement industry has changed and as a customer focused company we have changed and developed with it.
Going Forward
We now have local enforcement agents throughout England and Wales in every postcode, enabling us to offer excellent High Court Enforcement services throughout England and Wales through our regional offices.
